Jessica Koloini
F-16 Program Manager, Middle East & North Africa, Lockheed Martin
Jessica began her career at Lockheed Martin in 2014 after graduating with her Masters in International Affairs from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. She served as Lockheed Martin’s space systems company international business operations manager, supporting the vice president of strategy & business development and the vice president of strategy and advanced programs. Jessica’s responsibilities included identifying and pursuing new global opportunities, developing focus country strategies, supporting executive international engagements and promoting customer and regional relationships. She led a team in developing the Space Fundamentals Training Program, which supports workforce development and localization of developing space economies in nations of strategic interest to Lockheed Martin. Jessica served as liaison and advocate to customers and external stakeholders for the program and was able to gain support from over 70 SME’s in the space industry within Lockheed Martin and its global partners. She also developed curriculum for the program and worked closely with Space Fundamentals Training alumni, helping them find job placements with many external customers.
